I was thirteen when my grandfather was diagnosed with both Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. The lack of proper medical treatment in Indonesia’s deprived healthcare system delayed crucial early detection, worsening his memory and ability to perform daily tasks. I believe that novel technologies, such as brain-computer interfaces and neuromodulation, hold the potential to address these challenges. To help solve this issue, I’ve come up with an affordable medical device aimed at advancing brain research and tackling neurological diseases. I am collaborating with researchers, engineers, and neuroscientists to build and scale this product.
