Neurological Diseases
With neurological diseases like Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s increasing by 20% over the past few decades, the urgency to find answers and solutions has never been greater. Despite advances in medical research, early detection and effective treatments remain critical challenges in addressing these conditions.
Inaccessible Healthcare
Research-grade equipment in hospitals can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, making it inaccessible to people in developing countries.
Medical Device
Our medical device is affordable and scalable, addressing the lack of accessible brain health solutions in developing countries. Using cutting-edge brain-computer interface technology and neuroimaging techniques, we provide researchers and industry experts with valuable tools to better understand the brain while making advanced care available to under-resourced regions.
Funding and Support
We have received a total of $10k in funding Emergent Ventures, 1517 Fund, and Merge Club. Our product is supported by a network of innovators with expertise in engineering and healthcare, all dedicated to advancing affordable and scalable brain health solutions.
Kenneth Sarip
(Founder)
I was thirteen when my grandfather was diagnosed with both Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease. The lack of proper medical treatment in Indonesia’s deprived healthcare system delayed crucial early detection, worsening his memory and ability to perform daily tasks. I believe that novel technologies, such as brain-computer interfaces and neuromodulation, hold the potential to address these challenges. To help solve this issue, I’ve come up with an affordable medical device aimed at advancing brain research and tackling neurological diseases. I am collaborating with researchers, engineers, and neuroscientists to build and scale this product.
